At Jason Gizmos, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items only. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) when requesting a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic or safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Consumables or personal items (headphones, chargers, etc.), unless defective.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be processed via cash.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you would like to request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at our email with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Return Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Product: Send the item back to us in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect or damaged item and provide a full refund or replacement.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your return is eligible for a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
